The TORNADO® T.Envi® rotary lobe pump is built for environmental and biogas applications, combining robust performance with easy maintenance. Thanks to the innovative FSIP® (Full Service in Place) design, service work is quick and straightforward — no pipeline removal, no complex disassembly.
During operation, only elastomer-to-metal interfaces occur, eliminating excess wear and heat from elastomer-to-elastomer contact. This makes the pump durable, resistant, and long-lasting. The oil-free belt drive ensures quiet running, fewer vibrations, and reduced stress on components — extending service life while lowering maintenance needs.
When service is required, direct access to the pump chamber and synchronising belt drive keeps downtime to a minimum. The compact design and spatial separation of pump and gear room guarantee maximum safety while handling even the toughest media.
With its ability to dose almost all media proportionally to speed, the T.Envi® is the ideal solution for inhomogeneous, gaseous, and abrasive applications with solids.
